SWOT is a way of writing down what you are good at, where you struggle, what good chances exist out there, and what dangers are coming — all in four boxes — so you can make a smarter plan. SWOT is a thinking tool that helps you look at any situation — a new business, a sports team, or even yourself — from four angles at once. The letters stand for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. You write each one in its own box so nothing gets forgotten. The first two boxes — Strengths and Weaknesses — are about YOU.
